Hello everyone! Here is a unique house with a really bright color scheme. It has 2 Bedrooms and one large bathroom. I wanted to make it a cute little house for a growing or small family. I saw the idea for the arches on the terrace from another house, and I wanted to take the idea and build my own house. There's a large great room, a garden, terraces, and room for expansion. It's on a 30x30 lot and costs 74,527. There is no CC included in the lot, but I used Armiel's 'CAST Yourself a Chimney'.

The house can sleep 3 sims as is, but you can replace the single bed for a bunk bed in the second bedroom to make it four. There is also room to expand the house on the left side if needed. There are 2 parking spaces which are both empty.
