No autonomously fill pet bowl and pet bowl doesn't need to be filled!

As requested, sims will no longer autonomously fill the pet bowl. Also, the pet bowl won't need to be filled until after 1,000 bites, whereas EA default is 100 bites.

Files:

csnoautofillpetbowl: Sims won't autonomously fill the pet bowl.

csnoneedtofillpetbowl: Sims won't need to fill the pet bowl until after 1,000 bites.

csnoneedtofillpetbowlnoautofill: Sims won't autonomously fill the pet bowl and Sims won't need to fill the pet bowl until after 1,000 bites.

Only download one! These will conflict with each other.

Both csnoautofillpetbowl and csnoneedtofillpetbowlnoautofill edits the PetBowl xml and the FillBowl_PetBowl, FeedPet_PetBowl, FeedPetGourmetFood_PetFood, FeedManyDefinition_PetBowl and FeedManyGourmetDefinition_PetBowl ituns.

csnoneedtofillpetbowl just edits the PetBowl xml.

These are for the Pets Expansion Pack and patch 1.26!
