Hello everyone - firstly, thanks to Numenor for his AnyGame Starter, without which this lot would not be Base Game, or No CC.



This Luxurious Home is the elite of the elite in the world of the Expensive, modern homes, with a wooden tinge on the Interior. Costing $144,097, this home really is to show off to your neighbours - if you haven't alreafy blown them away!
It has many features:
A master bedroom
A kid's/spare Bedroom, which can double as a nursery if needed
A marvellous kitchen
A comfortable, and show-y off-y lounge area, open plan to the dining
A carport - see below for details, Night Life players
A BBQ area, to aid you in your partying forays
It's elevated :DD (heehee)
A little bit of room for expansion, if you're comfortable with using CFE (Trust me, it's unbelievabley useful!)
A bathroom, of course
A personal bar, both inside and out
The home is on a 4x3 lot
And I've run out of breath.

Night Life Players:

As you may have noticed, there is a carport at the front of the lot - to make this useable, I guess you could try turning the cheat 'moveobjects on' on, and then placing a car in the appropriate area. I have been unable to try that, as I do not own Night Life, so I do not know how this affects animations etc. Do this at your own risk.

Well, I hope everyone has fun playing this lot - surprisingly, I haven't found it too intensive to run on my Laptop, so hopefully it should run smoothly in most people's games. Enjoy.
