This is a beautiful home with 3 large bedrooms and plenty of outdoor living including with large deck. The large balcony at the rear of the home overlooks pool area and the deck beneath. The lattice used on the decks and balconies is both appealing and provides some privacy. All this with the convenience of no custom content.



The open area of the basement is currently used as for recreational purposes but can easily be modified for a different use. A possible modification would be to remove the work area or bar and add another bedroom or two.
