No Autonomous Birdcage Playing

This mod will disable all sims (playable and visitor) from autonomously (automatically) playing with birds in the birdcage that comes with Pets EP. I've also disabled as autonomous the functions for "teach to talk" and "watch". The only possible mod conflict would be one that will change any value in the pie menu functions or pie menu strings of the birdcage. Pets EP is required because that is where we see the birdcage.
