Modernised Mill: FF 4 Bed/3 Bath + FSC Guest House + Bridging Feature (EP Compatible)

Another installment in my rehashed buildings set =)

This time its an Olde Mill set on a now peaceful river surrounded by weeping willows. While the outside retains its brooding stone facade, the Mill and its sidekick the Gearhouse over the river, have been completely gutted and remodelled.

The Mill or main house has been considerably lightened by pale wooden floors and light wall furnishings throughout. The ground floor features an open plan living style complete with fireplace, modern living area, dining area and a full service kitchen that opens onto a deck over the river. The deck has a bbq and hot-tub and a small open air bridge provides access to the grounds across the river. Upstairs is another living and games area, 2 main bedrooms with ensuites and 2 as yet unfurnished bedrooms with adjoining bathroom.

A glassed in bridge joins the main house to the Gearhouse Guest House. This fully self contained 2 story structure has everything your guests could need...and then some! Decorated in tones of yellow blue and green with a large windowed area overlooking the grounds - a perfect spot for the budding artist.

NOW the usual spiel:
1: MODERNIZED MILL.rar The .simspack file contains the lot, walls, floors, rugs, and terrains only. Install as per usual method. If you want an unfurnished house - just install this!

2: MODERNIZED MILL OBJECTS.rar The Objects folder contains copies of all the recoloured objects/new meshes I used in the house categorized the Sims 2 way just in case you are as errr, retentive as I am =). Make sure you install these into your Downloads directory if you want to load up the lot as a furnished one.

All the recolours are definitely University Compatible as I converted them myself and only used objects that continued to work AFTER I did that MOST of the meshes should also be ok - 99% of them are from this site so they damn well should be!

I only use free objects so everything should be above board. To all the creators of recolours/new meshes and decor I thank you heartily for allowing me to use top quality content and do the only thing I really like to do in this game - build and decorate!
