Hello and welcome!

If you've ever played in Bluewater Village, you defo know this house:



Now hear me out: I like this lot. I really do! It's got the vibe and some charm even, but I still think it looks weird and tacky AS HELL and I wanted to fix it for quite a while now.

I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted it to be at first, but after the exteriour was done it looked a lot like some sort of an apartmet building or a hotel to me, so that's what I decided to make it into (also I just realised that the original house reminds me of the Pink Palace from Coraline lol).

So what I did is I kept the lavender and yellow pastel theme, smoothed some of the edges, fixed the roof and added symethry. As a result, the house still got most of its' original aesthetic, but now it looks much more pleasant to the eye of an average customer.

There are three guest rooms: first one is for a family of four, second one is for one person only and the third one is either for newlyweds or a couple with a newborn.

The rest of the house is shared. There's a kitchen, a dining room with multiple tables, a living room, one shared bathroom on the first floor, a music room, a lounge area at the top floor, a parking lot, plus multiple balconies and a garden.

The lot size is 50x40, the price is 306.563.
Fully furnished, no CC used/included.

Also I just noticed that I forgot to rename the lot file and the archive, but in my defence I came up with the "Butterscotch Guest House" name right at the moment I started writing this text lol.
