Watching The News Increases Hobby Enthusiasm

I never really understood why watching all of the other channels on a sim's TV let you gain hobby enthusiasm, but watching the news did not, when that channel has the most different types of enthusiasm in real life. It's probably because (at least to my knowledge) you can only have one at a time, and they couldn't pick one. This will add to the choices of hobby enthusiasm of watching the news to your choice of Arts, Film and Literature, or Science.
You must only install one of these in your game, as it may cause conflicts with each other. Anything that edits anything about the news channel that's a custom mod will also conflict with this.
