A cute Victorian cottage starter home in which all expense was spared. This is a two story home in which the sleeping quarters and tub are located on the second floor and all else is located on the first floor. You have all the basics in which your sims will need to survive, but not much more. This home is intended for two sims to live in as the allotment of money for two sims is 18,500 and this home furnished cost: 18,446. Expanding this home as your Sim family grows is an option as there is room on the back to add on or you can expand to the attic area. I have the 70's,80's and 90's expansion pack as there is no option as yet for it in the upload, I thought you might like to know. There is absolutely no custom content used in this home. As always, I hope you and your Sims enjoy!
