4 Two-Tone Roofs - Maxis Recolors

Four Beautiful Two-Tone Roofs for Beautiful Houses


Inspired by QBUILDERZ who made those beautiful two-tone roofs for the Sims 3 game, I then wish to have them in my Sims 2 game, better learn to make it instead of wishing someone else to make them for me. Here they are, they look really great in game. The red tile one has maxis' original color but with gold seam, the rest are my new recolors and with gold seam. My roofs all have unique registered GUIDs so they will not overwrite anyone else' roofs.



NOTE: You need one expansion pack, any one will do, in order for these roofs to appear in your game. I intended not to make it base game only so that my custom roofs will have a asterisk mark, making it easier to be identified among the maxis ones. In other words, custom roofs that were made for base game only will not have the asterisk mark, the players will have a harder time to identify them among the maxis made roofs.
