Pinebrook is a old fashioned Tudor fit for a large family of 5-6 sims. Although the shell of the house has not been changed since it's construction, a basement has been added and is full of hobby items. The basement includes a small bar for entertaining as well as a washer and dryer.

On the first floor is the living room with a large fireplace. The wrap around porch leads to a second entrance through the mudroom. The mudroom is adjacent to the kitchen and living room and also leads to the one-car garage. A large family room completes the very open first floor. The second floor has a study nook that overlooks the family room. A hallway then leads to the bedroom wing of the house, with both the kids room and guest room being built over the garage.





In total there are 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. This house makes an ideal corner lot!

Although I have not played the lot in Moonlight Falls, it would fit very well in that neighborhood. Only requires Ambitions, Late-Night, Generations, Supernatural, and Seasons. Of those expansions, Supernatural is the most irreplaceable for this lot's purposes.
