Here is a series of 5 higher end dwellings built in my Distant Oasis neighborhood. All of the homes have that breezy, open air feeling with colorful tile floors, arches, and barred windows. All are fully furnished. A note of disclaimer:
the lots are not flat. I have included a screenshot of how they are placed in the Distant Oasis terrain
(http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=559184) and also a shot of how they would look in a different neighborhood such as Strangetown.

Here is a description of individual houses:

Desert Palms, 123,708, 4x3 lot, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, fully furnished, enclosed patio
Desert Edge, 89,517, 3x3 lot, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully furnished, oversized pool (the builders built the pool first and what was left of the lot became the house)
Desert Rose, 104,984, 4x3 lot, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, covered rooftop deck with hammock for overnight guest, fully furnished, pool
Desert Rim, 58,095, 4x3 lot, 1 bedroom, 2 baths, room for expansion, fully furnished
Desert Sky, 70,285, 3x3 lot, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fully furnished (the screenshot has it priced at 52,932, but that was before I finished furnishing, my apologies)
