Palazzotto Sulla Collina - Mansion on the Hills

This is my first house design on sims 3 in quite some time, and I feel that I've done a pretty good job on it.
This is an Italian styled home complete with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. The Kitchen and Master Bedroom are on elevated floor for better access and looks.
The Café Nook is perfect for that little cuppa tea and a little relaxing space for a good time with a few friends in your book club.
