This house was mainly practicing with how to build modular stairs (6 hours later and I think I just managed it!) and this is the result that came from that.
I wanted to create a spacious family home with a master bedroom with balcony, an upstairs toilet room, a smaller double bedroom and a girl's room with bunkbeds and a desk.
Downstairs is a foyer leading into a living room, a kitchen and then a dining room. Down the stairs from the living room is the basement with a full size bathroom with bath and shower, a laundry room and a study room with a computer. In the foyer of the basement is a second TV area.
In the house is a mix of quality and cheaper furniture. It's all decorated with wallpaper and floor coverings.
I have been generous with windows (I love natural light and give my sims that luxury too!) so there is a lot of natural light.
Outside is a small pond and a large driving space that is currently car less.
