This modern house has lots of room for expansion and room for more than just 1 sim, though currently, that's what it's made for. Affordable and decorated with starter furnishings anyone would be proud to call this home straight out of CAS.
Lots of space outside for a garden or for a car.
Has a practical kitchen with a breakfast bar. Spacious living area and currently has an office which could be converted into a second bedroom if necessary.
