Mariana is a creative, bookworm sim who looked high and low for a spacious enough house for her to complete all her hobbies. In the end she decided to buy a 3 bed family house and gutted the ground floor to expand the garage and create a workshop area. Upstairs she created a comfortable living area to pass the rest of her time, complete with a patio to paint on. Now she's passes her time doing all the things she loves best.
So, down to the details: the conversion now consists of a spacious ground floor open area with a car space and plenty of room for any machinery or objects you want to fill it with. Upstairs there is a well lit living area with a writing nook, a dining area and a spacious, modern kitchen. There is a modest bedroom and a clean, modern bathroom. Outside, accessible from the living area is a patio where an easel stands waiting to be used. The front of the house has a fountain and plenty of colour from the flowers and plants. There is also a drive and a car space.
