Hey everyone.

So its been some time since I uploaded anything and so here is something for y'all.

The terrain is spacious with lots of roads and enough space for several beach lots.

I would recommend you to use Tom Duhamels neighborhood camera configuration, so make sure you check his camera mod out, it allows you to navigate the neighborhood without any restrictions.
