Criminal Side Job Pay Increase

Today we have a simple mod to increase the amount given from "Do Side Job" from the criminal career.

The first part is The base number of simoleons a Sim gets for doing a side job

Original - 80
x2 - 160
x5 - 400
x10 - 800
x100 - 8000

The second is how long in sim hours the sim has to spend doing side jobs to get a cash bonus.

So the 4 hour version would mean you only need to spend 4 hours with the "Do Side Job" instead of the 8 Hour version
