it's been brought to my attention that this lot is infected with the super duper hug bug. So download at your discretion. This is my round 5 entry to the fabulous KarenLorraines Campus Constructors Contest (try saying that fast 10 times)
This lot is a Coed Greek house.

WabbaWabba DingDong (loosely translates to girls and boys come out to play)



Malcolm Landgrab used to be a member in his Uni days of Wabba Wabba Ding Dong, he was quite the athlete but back then the college of Athletics wasnt highly funded. Which is why he embarked on his multimillion dollar project of backing he college and making all these fancy buildings and he also funds all the away competitions. For this reason he erected a large fountain in the shape of a Dollar sign so everyone would know Wabba Wabba can put their money where their mouth is!

With a covered patio in the front hosting a relaxing spa bath, and a small outdoor patio round the back for those late night bbq's Wabba Wabba is the essence of relaxation for our hard working athletes.

In a quiet alcove to one side is a place where students can go and have a quiet snog

Inside we have the bubble, bar and boom room, a place to go and get some oxygen, have a drink and play some spacies. Also here are some pictures hosting special sim moments.
On this floor also is the large dining area, and a secret bookcase entrance to the basement, where all new pledges are put to the test, in the form of performing the school cheer, and then a test of endurence!
(Im not entirely sure if the pictures do package with the lot, as they are taken by a sim in game and then put on the wall. Sorry if they are not!)



To the end is the kitchen with a small sitting area
And upstairs are four bedrooms, 2 double and 2 single.



The upstairs centre of the house has a large vaulted ceiling with a fabulous 2 story fish tank to show a relaxing calm. The room is split into a lounge area, and a workout area, with views over the whole campus

Points to note:

No cc used
Pictures of sims were made using the in game career reward camera and the photobooth. No omsp's and poseboxes were used.
All tested and all works, testing happened as I placed something to make sure it was all functional, happy to report it does
Only playability problem would be the arched roofs not being seasoned proofed, in my opinion its not a big deal, if you dont like it either dont use seasons or dont use the lot! :D
I wanted to harm a cow mascot and get that in a picture, but he never showed up, think he must have known!!
