Running out of space in your favourite Sims-neighborhood?
Tired of your sims always starting fires/being "visited" by burglars the day before they're able to afford the necessary alarms?
Are your poor sims bored to death, reading the newspaper over and over again, because you had to prioritize stoves and showers over recreational items?
Dread not! This charming and fully-equipped, CC-free (!), basegame starter requires no more than a 10x10 lot, the smallest there is!
Little Belita is optimal for your single or couple sim/s while waiting for them simoleons to roll in.
As it's got everything your new-to-the-neighborhood sim could possibly desire, there's no rush to upgrade to something bigger and fancier (unless expecting the arrival of a baby burrito, that is).
Furnished: 16 356 simoleons
Unfurnished:: 10 019 simoleons
First floor:
Second floor:
It was a real challenge keeping the furnished price below 16 500 simoleons, while at the same time equipping it with everything I myself would want/need in my first home, and only using basegame items and no CC in doing so.
It was also quite challenging to make the house non-boxey with such a small lot/budget to work with.
I was working with wallpapers instead of paintings to make the walls look non-empty without having to spend an additional fortunes on art (as you can see in the pictures).
Besides, the basegame paintings and wall-deco is quite limited.
Please, enjoy! <3

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
