Hi everyone!

Today I have a small makeover to share with you all. The house is 20 Via Veronaville from the Veronaville neighborhood.
Since this house was a starter from the beginning I wanted to keep it that way which made remodeling quite challenging on such a limited budget, but I'm pleased with how it turned out and I hope you'll like it too .

It's a two story house with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, but there's room upstairs for another bedroom, bathroom or whatever you'd like to add.
It comes furnished with basic furnishing and some skill building objects such as a tv, mirror and a bookcase. It also comes with fire alarm and phone but unfortunately the burglar alarm was a little too expensive so hopefully your sims won't get robbed as soon as they move in .
There's also room for a driveway to the left side of the house and there's room for some expansion as well.

First floor features:
Kitchen with dining area.
Living room.
One bathroom.

Second floor features:
Two bedrooms.
Room for expansion.
