This is a 2 story brownstone house that has all the basic needs for your sim, based on the Brooklyn brownstowns. It contains a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a bedroom. This lot is a 10x10 flat lot and is $13,000 furnished and $10,000 unfurnished. To make up of the lack of expansion/stuff/store/cc objects, everything base game object/floor/wall is updated via Create-A-Style (CAS) to make things look more attractive. To cut down on costs to make things affordable, I used the pool walls for the exterior and interior walls, and the $0 hardwood floors. Who said you can't make a good looking house with only the base game content? Since the lot is 10x10 landscaping is very limited with the exception of the few flowers in the entrance.

Again this house doesn't need any EP's, store content, or custom content; every download is the same.
