Large Dorm capable of holding 15 sims!

This is my first uploaded creation I hope it works this time. Anyway it has got 14 bedrooms but is easily adaptable for 15 or 16 rooms.

It is on a large 5x5 lot and has no re-colours or hacks in it. You will need the university ep to use it though.

On the ground floor is a fully furnished and decorated kitchen/dining room, lounge/tv room, games room (with bar) and study.

Upstairs there is the bedrooms and bathrooms. On the floor above that there are the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms. A couple of the bedrooms are larger than others and these have en-suites attached to them too.
There is also a space for a band to practice and for spectators to sit and watch.

Outside there is some decking which acts as a gym with tredmills and weight machines. There is also a pool hot tubs and 2 water fountains.

I hope that you have as much playing with this as I have.
