simple and uncomplicated houses for the base game and higher

This is a classic, simple and very functional house. They are ideal for a family of Sims and for those neighborhoods where space is limited, they can also be used as vacation homes.
These lots were created with the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster

I decided to create these lots for the base game and higher with the aim that all lovers of this wonderful game can enjoy it.
On the first floor is the kitchen, living room and dining room with a simple but very versatile environment, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small study area.
The lots are offered in three versions, a house with a normal front, a house with a corner area which has the same floor plan as the one mentioned with small differences in its exterior area such as a small garden and a skylight on the roof.

The green house has floor plans and inverted style on a corner lot and the access to its interior is from the side facing the adjacent street.

small lots are simply charming for those who like the uncomplicated and simple.
