A dining room with a bar for entertaining guests and a kitchen complete with highest quality appliances . there are 4 bedrooms in the second floor each with a flat screen TV a desk and a bookshelf . there are 3 bathrooms in the second floor each complete with a tub and a separate shower . there's 1 bedroom on the last floor and it has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony , there's a big backyard with a decorative pool and seating and grilling area . the house is completely CC free and only requires basegame



How To Install

- extract the zip file to desktop
- place the files within the folder in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
- the lot should appear in your library in-game
