Despite the myth of artists starving for their art, I created a little home for my Painter sim and he's happy enough not to slum it. I drew inspiration from the Frenchness of Willow Creek have tried to create a home which feels a little 'shabby chic'. I also wanted to do something with the garden so that an artist could paint outside, and perhaps have a little breakfast out there too, when the weather is nice.

I hope you like the home for your artist simmies and that they can get creative in the small studio area and maybe get a little creative in the kitchen too.


At the end of the day, the garret-type bedroom with small dressing area and computer nook will offer a night's dreaming of masterpieces to come.
