You could do two things with these elderly city townhouses turned apartment complex - leave them as they are and npcs will move in next door (as they do in most Bridgeport apartments) or finish off the home next door and with the Island Paradise EP take in Roomies for rent. Either way you've got a nice downtown home spread over three floors with everything you could need. There are no elevators in this home, as it was formerly two private residences and homes of wealthy city merchants.

In the back garden of the npc apartment there are some harvestables you just might be able to steal before taking a dip after work in your pool.

Externally you have a bit of a wasteland on the npc side of the lot, sorry about that! Maybe you need to call City Hall about those dumpsters and is that Diner sign outside your home even legal?! Don't even ask about the hole ... but that's city life, right?

The apartment has three double bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a pool, a huge kitchen, a formal dining room, a tv room, a study and 'edgy' decor.

This lot was built on the lot known as 19791 17th Avenue in Bridgeport and the lot measures 40x34.

No Custom Content was used in this lot but I do have Island Paradise installed and that may be a factor.
