Good Day!

This lot is a fully self-contained neighborhood campus lot that can be used in different ways with your sims.

It's a lush and landscaped place for a sim to live and brush up on their skills, renew interest in hobbies, or build badges. Playing with the max amount of sims gives them a chance to mingle and find friends with common interests, even a new love. My suggestion is to have a patron purchase this lot and move them into the Dean's cottage so they can be the caretaker of this lot as other sims move through the property.
