Another item for the brass bedroom furniture series: an antique electrified oil lamp.
Could you please test it for me?
Both the lamp base and shade are colour enabled. The attached zip file includes a green recolour for the shade.
The lamp was made with SimPE 0.33, so it should be EP compatible. Moreover, it uses a new GUID, so it should not cause any conflict with other objects in your game.
Please report here any problem you find.
Thank you!
27 Apr 05 - Finally, I solved my problem with MilkShape registration! With it I was able to make a version of the lamp that uses much less polygons. New version size:
Vertices: 1580
Polygons: 2221
For your reference, the poly count for the Maxis “Founding Fathers Electric Lamp” is:
Vertices: 1615
Polygons: 2004
Important note: In order to obtain the best optimization possible I completely remade some parts of the mesh. So, I had to remap the UV coordinates. If you made recolours for the lamp please check them to ensure they conform to the new UV maps.

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
MTS has all free content, all the time. Donate to help keep it running.
