This three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is located on a wooded lot that will make you feel peaceful even if you're right in the middle of the city! Home includes formal living room; open-concept kitchen and dining; family room; gym; kids' playroom and more. All appliances have been upgraded. Cars not included. I used one fog emitter in the backyard for the walking pigeon effect.

CC-free and Custard-checked, although items from some EPs, SPs and the Store are used. If you don't own the items listed below, the game will replace them with comparable items.
