11 Cacti Grove is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basic starter home with an extra room available for whatever your sim needs.

*Note, that I built this house with a 1-step high foundation. Usually, this means that your sim does not need stairs to enter the home. During testing, I found that my sim was having routing errors. Due to this, I'm uploading the creation with a set of stairs in the front. If this issue ever gets fixed (or is not a problem in your game), feel free to delete these--and pocket the extra money!. Here are the prices of the house without the stairs:

Only basegame items were used in this build, however, I did use custom content walls and floors. This cc is completely optional as there are walls and floors with a similar theme in the game.
