The Del Perro Beach in the GTA 5 game (based on real-life Santa Monica beach) has so special and unique residential buildings that I had to try to recreate few of them; on the other hand I needed them anyway, as well, in my Los Santos neighborhood. For GTA fans it's a heartwarming special place, too, since this is the location where the main story of the game begins.

All the Del Perro beach houses share the same characteristics: wide balconies with a view to the beach and the ocean; very narrow side-yards because the houses are very close to each other; outdoor stairs, especially spiral stairs, that connect the balconies of different floors; and their rear facade /back door is facing the freeway with the intense car traffic. In GTA 5 we can't see the interiors, only the exteriors, so it has been a challenge for me to find out, what is hiding behind the windows.

The blue house: mid-century modernism
Most of Del Perro houses has been built with the style of the modernism of 1950s-60s; most of them look just as old as well in the game, not in a very good condition. I tried to create a casual, relaxing, "we are on vacation"-type interior. It has 3 floors and I left the 3rd floor unfurnished, to give a free hand what you want to use the empty rooms for, nursery, hobby rooms, anything else.
Lot size: 20 x 20
Price furnished: 85,079
Price unfurnished: 52,126

The yellow house: Spanish colonial
It's not unusual at all in Los Santos that buildings use elements of Spanish colonial style. I chose this beach house to make a try with a bit of Spanish influence. It's big enough for a family with 2 or 3 children; I created a teen room on the 1st floor, and I left, again, the 3rd floor unfurnished for your decision what to use it for. It has a rooftop terrace, too, and thanks to the Island Paradise EP, sims can really sunbathe here if they want.
Lot size: 20 x 20
Price furnished: 106,328
Price unfurnished: 63,250

No CC and no store content are used on these lots; EPs needed: World Adventures, Late Night, Ambitions, Generations, Seasons, Showtime, University Life and Island Paradise. *Edit: User feedback: it works smoothly without Island Paradise, its few objects will be replaced by proxy ones.
