New TV Channel for Animation Fans!

This is a mod to add a channel of animation in your TV!
Maybe a little large for a mod, but I think animation fans need this.

There are two animation clips on the channel, all form Hayao Miyazaki's works.
One is from "Spirited Away", the other is from "Porco Rosso".

Your feedback is greatly needed!

Conflict:
This mod overrides the TV.xml(S3_0333406C_00000000_08325407B4EB17E7),
other mod change the same file(for example, change the channels' names) will causes conflict.
