BACKGROUND:
Long ago in the small town of Twinbrook, this small stilted house held an odd couple. During the day, the man appeared. He was a hard-working gardener, constantly tending to his small collection of strange plants. At night, he went to sleep, and his wife awoke. The lady devoted her nights to maintaining her husband's well-being, brewing him potions and cleaning the house for him.
But the man had always been ill and one day, while gardening, he collapsed. When she saw him lying on the ground, she knew it was too late to save him.
In her grief, she decided to keep him with her always. His skeleton now stands beside the bed, watching over everything.
One day, the lady disappeared. Nobody knows what happened to her, and to this day, no one has found out. All that remains of this couple are the portraits and that dear, dear skeleton.
The house, however, still stands, waiting for another owner. Will you be the one?

LOCATION & COST:
LOT SIZE: 20x30
In order to create this lot, I used Twinbrook's 582 Bayou Gulch Drive, which is where the house "Swampy" is located. You will need to go to Edit Town, locate the building, bulldoze it, and add the lot in.
COST:
FURNISHED: 29,293 simoleons.
UNFURNISHED: 13,990 simoleons.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
REQUIREMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS:
REQUIRED EXPANSION PACKS:
To download the house, you need Ambitions, Pets, Supernatural, and University Life.
However, you can ignore University Life, as the house only features a few decor objects from this expansion pack. These objects will be replaced in-game.
REQUIRED CC:
Curtain Height Adjustment by granthes
Link: http://modthesims.info/d/427026
RECOMMENDED CC:
DebugEnabler by nraas
Link: http://nraas.wikispaces.com/DebugEnabler
Why would I want the DebugEnabler mod?
If you look at the screenshots, you may notice that some decor items are sitting on pieces of furniture. However, these pieces of furniture do not have slots to support those items. A good example would be the bookshelf in the Living/Dining area. Normally, you cannot put decorations on top of it.
In the case that an item resets to its original position, you will need the Debug Enabler to move it.
OK. How do I use it?
The tutorial I used can be found here: http://jools-simming.tumblr.com/pos...o-debug-enabler
To summarize:
1) Move a sim onto the lot (any method will do).
2) Enter live mode.
3) Click on an object. Then click on these buttons: Nraas > Debug Enabler > Move > Delta.
4) A window should pop up. Enter in a value. Note that to move an object down, you must use a neagtive (-) sign. For example, if I need to move down an object by 0.2, then I would enter "-0.2".
I got it. What heights do I choose?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ISSUES:
Please note that this house does NOT come with doors nor many modern appliances (ex. burglar alarms, telephones, computers, etc.).
While you can use every object in this house, you may encounter some very minor clipping.
However, this is only an aesthetic problem. You can still cook food and place finished dishes on the counter.
Also, if you use the cheat "fadeobjects off," your view of this house may be blocked off by the trees.
