Everything you need to start your very own farm. The farm includes: cows, chickens, 2 horse stalls, 3 bee hives, a stocked pond, an established greenhouse full of plants and an orchard. The home offers a grand living room with a two-story ceiling with a 2nd floor balcony. The fireplace has been upgraded to fireproof. The basement is fully finished with your very own private work out room and entertainment room. In various rooms there are hidden fully functional laundry hampers to help with laundry. However, if you do not want laundry, just delete the washer and dryer.

This lot is a very large very packed lot. Depending on your computer system, don't be surprised if it takes over 5 min to place to a lot. In my game on a small map takes over 5 min. However, this home, in my opinion is worth the wait.

There are a few store items used to create this farm. There are a few that are free as well in the store Listed below is all that is used from the store:

If you do not own any of the store content or some of the expansion packs it is ok, the lot will still work. Items you do not have will be replaced with something you do have.

Some of the pieces of furniture used to create the custom pieces of furniture is not accessible to Sims. I used NRAAS Debug Enabler to disable the interactions of any of the pieces that are not useable. If you do not have NRAAS Debug Enabler the furniture will have all their interactions.
