These are three fruit shakes that sims can prepare with a fridge and counter (they are not bar drinks): Strawberry Shake, Banana Shake, and Blackberry Shake. Once again you need the updated foods-custom-interactions from this thread as well (that adds these recipes to the fridges).

They require no cooking skill and are relatively quick to make, but sims do need ingredients (guess which ones?). The shakes are available in the “Snacks” pie menu on the fridge (“Have Quick Meal”); I didn’t put them in any of the food pie menus since they’re not really meals. They have custom tuning; they’re a little more filling and less bladder intense than the other drinks I’ve seen. All of them have half-empty states too; my neat freak sims only cleaned up the blackberry one before I could make a screenshot.
