Description:
Starter house for 1-3 Sims, furnished, with fireplace, nursery, and porch in front and back. Some landscaping/decoration, including a little pond.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room incl. "nursery corner"

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower/tub combo, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove, a fireplace, crib + changing table, and a dresser. There's enough room to add a carport. Note: There's no burglar alarm in the kitchen, only at the front door.

Expandability: One small room can easily be added behind the double bedroom, anything else would require some reconstruction.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
