Test Sim, Amaryllis Baker, is in love with her new house Sunlight Hill. She made a list of all the pluses to share with other Sims who might want this model:

1. Light, bright sunlight floods all the rooms.
2. A house on a hill is more breezy that a house on a flat lot. (This lot was flat before Sim builders raised a hill.)
3. Wood tile looks like hardwood but only has to be mopped.
4. Vaulted ceiling in the living room creates a feeling of space. The ceiling could easily be lowered to make room for two more bedrooms and another bathroom. (Amaryllis may do this if she falls in love and adds to her family.)
5. TV is in the family room so the living room always stays neat.
6. Kitchen has a breakfast bar/island.
7. Back veranda has plenty of room for chess.
8. Back veranda has views of wide open spaces.
9. Hot tub is shaded by pine trees.
10. Detached garage keeps carbon monoxide fumes far from the house.

If you have a Sim with taste similar to Amaryllis, this may be the house for them. Sims2 forever!
