Sandy Bruty, a well known romance Sim, moved in briefly with Goopy GilsCarbo and then found this place, Canyon Edge. It's too much house for her in this hood because she is only a military drill instructor, but being optimistic, she borrowed from the motherlode. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs, a half bath downstairs along with large kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Also included is a home office which opens out onto the patio with jacuzzi and pool. When Sandy moved in, a Sim named Bill Tellerman, whom I've never seen before, came to meet her and she is interested in him. She also had a girls' party which was a success. Those present included Melissa Fancey and Brandi LeTourneau. The future looks bright for Sandy.
