This is a small house built with one sim in mind, but could actually accomodate up to four sims since there is a TV room and a study which could be bedrooms if desired. The house also has a good sized patio for entertaining, a swimming pool, and a one car garage. Guardgian knew I was in a slump so she gave me an order and I was thrilled to comply! I hope her sim likes her new home!
