Default replacement for the Brand Name MetalKettle

This is a default replacement for the Brand Name MetalKettle grill from the base game. Both the textures and TXMTs are replaced. The LOD90 TXMTs are also replaced, so these items will appear properly in the neighborhood view.

The Maxis black, green, yellow, and orangish red grills are replaced with the LACK black, green, yellow, and orange recolors from Michelle's BG appliance recolor set. For the blue grill, I combined the Maxis blue with Michelle's texturing of the fuel tank and frame, and applied her TXMT values. All resources are compressed with SimPE.
