My spring semester ended a few days ago, which means I am officially on summer vacation! So I got in the mood to build a summer beach home! Hooray! Two bedrooms (one of which is designed as a nursery for my current family), and two full bathrooms. BASE GAME ONLY. NO CC. Built by CarlDillynson, May 2016. This house is meant to sit on the lot right next to the Frio brothers' house in Sunset Valley, but obviously can be place wherever you like.
