This suburban home with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms is a remodel of my "Hunt House" upload from 2016. The floor plan hasn't changed too much, but the interior and landscaping has been upgraded and redone to better reflect the family I had living there. The new version has a lot of browns and golds - I was going for the Nouveau riche style with tacky "Tuscan" style furniture that was insanely popular in the early-to-mid 2000's. I also reconfigured the second floor in order to make the living room have two-story ceilings, removed the first floor chess table room, and expanded the back porch to the right side as well. Two of the bedrooms in this home are unfurnished, but have wallpaper, flooring, and curtains.

House is completely play-tested with NO CC. The expansions used to finish the look of this home are Get Together and Seasons, HOWEVER, only the pillar from Get Together is used as trimming in and outside the house, and the the ONLY thing from Seasons is a small bit of stone "wallpaper" used for small parts of the exterior and two interior walls in the living room. All usable furniture/windows is BASE GAME ONLY.

Like the previous home I uploaded here a few days ago I consider this a legacy home because it is built for specific sims in my story, and their family will continue to live here as they age.
