The town founders were so inspired by a beautiful magnolia tree that they decided…what the heck, let's develop the land! But at least they left the tree for future generations to enjoy. There are six homes in this cul-de-sac, but the neighborhood is so in demand that only one of these is currently available! The home includes three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, garage, laundry nook, and large basement set up as a family room. You'll also enjoy access to the neighborhood playground.
