This versatile duplex is set up to use with NPCs, but can be transformed into a single or generation family home simply by removing the lot markers. Or or you prefer living in Unit B instead, just move the markers over to Unit A. Each unit is identically furnished, decorated and upgraded. Main floor living and dining is open concept for entertaining, and upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a family room. Garage parking for two cars and a private backyard is included with each unit, but if you'd like this to be a one-family home it's easy enough to add a gate or even remove the fencing between the two yards. Lot is CC-free and Custard-checked, although some Store items are used (see below).

Apartment mailbox might require "moveobjects on" cheat to put on the posts between the two units. The mailbox is included in the lot (if you have Late Night installed), but it likes to float around in the front yard until you move it.
