Living in the big city can be fun, but sometimes it's just too overwhelming. You need to get away from it all and live life in a more peaceful environment! And what better place to raise a family than on a large and spacious horse farm! This little residence is a lot comprised of a main three bedroom farmhouse, a three story barn with loft space and two large stalls for horses, a small work shed and windmill, and a separate garage to hold farming equipment and spare vehicles. There is a riding pasture for the horses complete with jumping equipment and toys to keep them entertained. The lot also includes a dog house if your family happens to have one. The main level of the house includes:

- The main kitchen
- The dining room
- A downstairs bathroom and laundry room
- And the family living room

There is a small patio and pool area out to the side to help your Sims to relax after a long day of farm chores. They can also fish in the pond, or relax in the front garden if they so choose.

The upstairs includes three bedrooms. The master bedroom has it's own private bathroom, while the two smaller bedrooms share the hall bathroom at the top of the stairs. Each bedroom also includes it's own closet as well.

I hope you enjoy this little country property. It was very fun to make and offers plenty of fun and activities for your Sims to engage in.
