"In the Present" is another single family detached home for Sims from my basic simplicity collection. It's a roomy, convenient house, all one one level with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. (No more shooing each other at parties when everyone needs to go at once.) Although there is no pool, the ample back yard has room for one Hopefully your Sims will move in and decorate and furnish to their taste.
