Hello everyone!

So you may have noticed that I have a liking to beach houses. Well I decided that I wanted to build a home that would really have a truly tropical feel to it! And so, I present to you Tropic Tides. This two bedroom residence is inspired by homes and hotels built in many tropical areas with thatched roofs and small open air hut style buildings. The rooms of this house are split into different small buildings, each made with tropical wooden walls, topped with a thatched roof, and furnished with items that will bring the island feel indoors. There are two bedrooms in the house, one main bedroom and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. Between them is the main bathroom. The covered walkways then lead you to the kitchen, living room, and small back lounge deck where you can sit and read while enjoying the tropical breeze. In front of the home are two boat docks and the stairs leading to the path back to the main road. There is lots of lush vegetation surrounding the property and the crystal clear waters below it offer a clear view at whatever aquatic life may happen to swim by.

This lot was built and designed to be placed on Crystal Cove in Isla Paradiso. Originally it is the Crystal Waters Beach.

I hope you enjoy this lush little residence! It was so fun to build and play around in and I hope your Sims can enjoy living the island life inside of it as well
