This little beach house was built on 6 Camino del ray in Isla Paradiso. The layout is small, designed mostly for a single Sim or a couple with no kids. It could also be a cute little retirement home for the grandparents to move to the beach in their elder years. The house has one large bedroom as well as a small living room and kitchen. There is a single bathroom downstairs, and a large glassed in sun porch that overlooks the ocean. The house was play tested in game and works perfectly. You can even bring in some pets to enjoy the island life with you.

I hope you enjoy this little blue beach house. It was fun to build and can add a little new charm to the Isla Paradiso Islands
