Hello again everyone! It's been a good while since I've given you all a nice big mansion for your Sims, so today I'm here with a new one! This luxurious tropical mansion features three levels of rooms, four bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a private gymnasium, twin swimming pools, an in-home theater, a nectar cellar and tasting room, and much more! The homes is filled with lavish furnishings and surrounded by thick, lush vegetation. There is a three door garage large enough to fit an entire collection of vehicles of all sizes, and each bedroom comes complete with a walk-in closet, full bathroom, and fireplace. The spacious backyard, two pools, and hot tub make the perfect place for pool parties, while a full outdoor kitchen and dining space welcomes plenty of summer barbecues. To top it all off, there are lots of large open decks to lounge and relax on and enjoy the views.

I hope you all enjoy this new mansion! I'm sure it would make a top notch estate for any high style celebrities or any other wealthy Sims out there! And, as with all my work, it is completely free of CC or store content! Happy Simming!
